Owl Cottage is a delightful mid terrace cottage set on a working farm at the foot of The Cheviot Hills set in the most stunning scenery, close to the Scottish – English Border.

Owl Cottage provides that perfect get away yet is only approx. 5 miles from the historic market town of Kelso with its Flemish Style cobbled square and magnificent Floors Castle  – home to the Duke & Duchess of Roxburghe and only approx. 21 miles to the spectacular Northumberland Coast.

A walkers and cyclists paradise Owl Cottage provides an ideal base to explore the Scottish Borders and Northumberland with the renowned  nature reserve at Hoselaw Loch a few minute’s walk away.

The lovingly restored property consists of:

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking with the balance of payment being due six weeks prior to arrival. Where bookings are made less than six weeks in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking and no refund will be made if a subsequent cancellation occurs. We suggest that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover this risk.
